Bars and Belles is the brainchild of Basement Fitness trainer Oscar Cano. focusing primarily on density and circuit training, you will get a ton of work done throughout the hour long session and will leave feeling that you have been pushed to your limit.
Timed sets for a lot of volume through a variety of movement patterns including squatting, horizontal pressing/pulling and abdominal work. Also 10-20 minutes of some upper body pumping with body building set/rep scheme.
Primarily focusing on a lot of hip dominant and pressing work. As well as trying some explosion with jumps/throws/sprints. Single leg/arm training is also a component of this days training.
