STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING 2019
It’s that time of year again where you need to make that choice: do I sit at home playing video games or do I take my game to the next level?
Everyone wants it, but what are you willing to do to get it?
Your next season starts now!
-9 weeks starting July 2nd
- 2 days per week of training with your trainer
-gym membership to access the gym 7 days per week
-access to additional 13 classes per week all run by personal training staff
-limited spots as groups are designed for maximum intensity
-full program designed for individual based on their position and needs
-post program workout plan so that you can keep progressing
*times & days may be added based on demand*
Fri 5:30am- 9:00pm
Sat 7:00am- 6:00pm
Sund 7:00am- 4:00pm
