Train to become a Basement Warrior!
As a Basement Warrior you don’t have to possess super human traits- Just have the right attitude.
Warrior training is not about running faster, and jumping higher than the individuals beside you; it is
about overcoming something you never thought possible. Here at the Basement we want to help
you to be the best YOU can, and in order to do that we need you to commit to a goal.
Basement Warrior Training Regiment:
Monday: 12pm - 1pm
Friday: 12pm - 1pm
Throughout warrior training we will focus on a getting you moving, and keeping you moving in the
right direction. All workouts will be 1 hour long consisting of a thorough warm up, full-body
resistance and conditioning exercises, cool down, static stretch and roll-outs. No need to sign up!
Simply drop in when you can for 15$ tax included. See you at The Basement for your Warrior
